Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
ELC and other Programs?
ACC has School Readiness programs and Military Assistance programs.
Safety
Agape Child Care has many safety procedures in place to protect children. Our facility has RFID entry mechanisms at every external entrance. Additionally, RFID badges are required to enter interior areas, such as classrooms. There is no access to our facility, even for first time visitors. All visitors must call and schedule and appointment for entry.
Upon enrolling your child, you will receive a badge to enter the facility. If you have notified us that a friend or family member will be picking up your child, they will be asked for identification to verify their identity before they are allowed access to the building for pick up.
Cameras?
Our camera system is specifically for our Administration Team to monitor the performance of our teachers within each classroom, for the protection of the children. All footage is continuously recorded during hours of operation, and all footage is stored on an off-site server for 5 years.
Transportation?
The parent/guardian is responsible for pick-up/drop-off of their child(ren). ACC does not offer transportation, nor does ACC partake in off-site field trips.
Meals?
ACC provides morning and afternoon smart-choice healthy snacks, juice, milk, and water. The parent/guardian is responsible for providing their child(ren) with lunch for each day. Nonetheless, ACC is progressing to offer a lunch/breakfast meal program within God's timing!
Teachers?
Your child will be in a classroom with 1-4 teachers each day depending on the size of the class. Our teachers receive background checks, reference checks, and social media audits before starting employment. It is required that all ACC assistant teachers are CPR and First Aid Certified, while our lead teachers must hold those certifications in addition to a staff credential.
We support the continued learning of our teachers by sponsoring "whosoever will" in furthering their education to get their Staff/Directors Credential and/or additional certification(s) relevant to the well-being of your child(ren). This allows our team to continue to provide your child with the best education/handling possible.
Ratio?
The ratio in each classroom is based on the Florida Statues.
