Director ($45,000-$65,000)

Job Description:

Must have current recognizable Directors Credential.

 

Develop/Maintain curriculum and programs: work closely with ACC teachers and staff, creating/maintaining learning plans or programs to meet state and federal requirements and parent’s expectations.

 

Oversee staff: Responsible for Staff Scheduling, conducting interviews, hiring and training staff (or assure training per state statues). Assuring all background and fingerprint checks have been conducted.

 

Manage Facility:  must make sure that the facility is safe and well-stocked. That includes checking that safety equipment is working, removing/reporting hazards and ensuring the facility is always clean and orderly.

 

Parent/Teacher Meetings: meet with parents and teachers to keep parents up-to-date on their child’s development and progress, including discussing ways to address any learning or behavioral opportunities.

 

Maintain All Systems: make sure website and data systems are updated per ACC policies.
